We specialize in Halal and Non-Halal Meat. We carry Chicken, Beef, Lamb and Goat with Halal and Non-Halal designations. There are many key differences between Halal and Non-Halal Meat but the main difference lies in the way the animal is raised and slaughtered.

Halal meat is only known by groups who are mostly Muslims and is sometimes eaten by Non Muslims. “Halal” as a word means permissible in Arabic, and is subjected to prefix meat. Halal meat is meat which is permitted to be consumed by Islamic doctrine. Before a meat is considered as halal meat it means it has has passed the rituals practiced by the Islamic law and also includes a proper  halal slaughter (Dhabihah/Zabiha). This ritual includes the way the meat is killed, and what is believed to be the right way to have it butchered under Islamic law.
